Dawna Milligan Reeves has 20 years of experience in university career services, including 12 years leading the internship program at the Johns Hopkins University Career Center. Throughout her career, she has advised companies and students on effective internship programs. Dawna has worked one-on-one and presented to a wide-range of employers on developing, marketing, and managing their undergraduate and graduate internship programs. While at Johns Hopkins University, Dawna developed its first university-wide assessment of undergraduate student internships. She was the institution’s first point of contact to evaluate and troubleshoot domestic and international internship agreements. She has chaired the Internship Special Interest Group for the National Society for Experiential Education (NSEE) and the Membership Committee of the National Internship Consortium (NIC). Dawna lives outside of Baltimore, Maryland with her husband and son. Sara Kirby, MA

Sara Kirby has fifteen years experience working in various higher education roles including overseeing the internship and service learning programs at the College of DuPage. Specifically, Sara’s work has included building successful partnerships among faculty, staff, employers and students and has worked individually and collectively to provide employer training and development in the areas of internships and service learning. In 2015, Sara and a team of faculty and students were awarded the College of DuPage Innovation Award for creating a new curricular internship recruitment event. Sara also sits on the board for the DuPage Association of Volunteer Administrators (DAVA) and is the President of the Illinois Cooperative Education and Internship Association (ILCEIA). Dennis SweitzerDennis Sweitzer, PhD
Statistical Consultant

Dennis is an accomplished statistician with over 20 years of experience in all phases of pharmaceutical development, from pre-clinical to market research. He earned his Ph.D. in mathematics from University of Delaware. He spent 14 years as a Principal Statistician for AstraZeneca pharmaceutical, mostly designing, analyzing and interpreting Phase II to IV clinical trials, plus simulation support for designing & managing clinical trials, and supporting Health Economics & Outcomes research. He is a member of the American Statistical Association (ASA), and has served the Delaware Chapter of the ASA as President, Vice president, Secretary, and Treasurer. He was also the Co-chair of the April 2007 Spring Symposium, Applications of Statistical Modeling and Simulation.

Dan Berger

Dan Berger holds a B.A. in English and a degree in Color Theory from UCLA. He has worked on numerous high-profile national marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Dan has over 18 years of experience as a corporate, agency and freelance designer. His work at Intern Bridge involves the design and layout of publications and marketing materials (including books, white papers, flyers and postcards.)
