Can I send more than one individual?
- Absolutely! Please note the cost of the academy is per individual but if you are sending more than 3 individuals from your organization, please reach out directly at info@internbridge.com and we would be more than happy to share a discount with you!
Do participants have to complete both parts 1 and 2 to earn the HRCI and SHRM continuing education credits?
- Yes, at this time, individuals attending the program will need to complete both parts 1 and 2 to earn the 6 HRCI or SHRM continuing education credits.
I purchased the registration for the half day part one only. Can I upgrade my registration that day to attend the full day?
- Of course! If you loved part 1 in the morning and would like to stay for part 2 in the afternoon or attend part 2 virtually the week after, we ask that you let the facilitator know during a break as soon as you decide you’d like to upgrade. Please note the last opportunity to share your interest with us to upgrade will be at the beginning of lunch that day of part 1.
What if I purchased the full day registration but something comes up and I have to leave for part 2 in the afternoon?
- No worries, we completely understand when things come up! For a $25 administration fee, we would be more than happy to transfer your registration for part 2 to the academy’s virtual option the week after the in person part 1. Please note that registrations will not be degraded and no reimbursements will be shared back with you if you cannot attend a future part 2 virtually.
What if I purchased the half day in person part 1 and virtual part 2 registration option but have a conflict that arises with the virtual part 2?
- We get it, conflicts arise and sometimes there is nothing we can do! For a $25 administration fee, we would be more than happy to help you transfer your registration for part 2 to another academy’s virtual option in the upcoming weeks. Please note that registrations will not be degraded and no reimbursements will be shared back with you if you cannot attend a future part 2 virtually.
Will any parts of the program be recorded?
- Unfortunately, at this time, we’ve opted not to record any parts of the program. Our decision stems from the importance we place on fostering an interactive and immersive learning environment with those attending the program in real time.
What if a conflict arises and I can no longer attend the program. What is your cancellation policy?
- We are happy to offer a full refund minus a $50 administration fee if you cancel more than a week out. Within a week of your scheduled academy, refunds will not be provided and instead, we will work with you to transfer your registration to another academy of your choosing! If the chosen program is a higher cost than the one originally registered for, the individual will be responsible for paying the difference. If the chosen program is a lower cost than the one originally registered for, the individual will not receive a monetary refund and instead, Intern Bridge will share a copy of their Supervisor Handbook with that individual via email.
How should I share with your team that I will need accommodations to attend the academy?
- If you need any accommodations, we ask that you note this in our pre-academy survey that you will be redirected to after completing your registration.
