Why you should attend:

Understanding the legal landscape for international students and internships is crucial for both educational institutions and employers. As internships become an integral part of the undergraduate curriculum, many international students seek to participate in these programs to gain practical experience and enhance their education. However, complex legal requirements create a challenging environment for both educational institutions and employers.

In this exclusive live webcast, we will discuss the legal pathways that allow international students to work in the United States and the specific considerations that higher education professionals must be aware of. The presentation will focus on OPT, CPT, STEM extensions, H-1B visa, and the different EB visas. We will also highlight potential legal pitfalls organizations should avoid and how to support international students to strategically pursue valuable work experiences with US employers.

By registering, you’ll receive:

  • LIVE, web access to the training session for your entire staff plus the ability to participate in the Q&A Session.
  • Employment Law Issues For Internships  – a $20 value
