Christine Barkley, MS, SHRM-CP
Christine Barkley is the Director of Curriculum, Research & Programming. She manages the Internship Program Success Academy helping employers and higher education institutions advance and enhance internship and other forms of experiential education programs. Utilizing design thinking practices, Christine excels at incorporating these mindsets into her work with employers. She continuously evolves workshop curricula to encourage HR professionals to learn by doing and through feedback, fostering the identification of new solutions.
Christine earned a master’s degree from Penn State University as well as two bachelor’s degrees in Education and Mathematics from the State University of New York at Cortland. While at the University of South Carolina, she earned 2 certifications: Supervisory Essentials and Effective Management, and recently earned her Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional certification.
